Borrowers with 5%-20%+ for Down Payment

Borrowers who are able to put down 5% to over 20% on their loan may qualify for some of the most competitive pricing in the marketplace through conventional financing.

  • Conventional Loans – Follow Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines and give borrowers the opportunity to qualify for pricing that may not be available for products at lower down payments.
